Journey Quilt Company is once again in the I Love Stitching in NY
Row by Row Shop Hop. It began on July 1 - September 2. This shop
hop alone brings hundreds of people into our village to see and
buy from Journey Quilt. Rest assured I will send them to your businesses
as well, when inquiring what else Nunda has to offer. Over the weekend
several people went to Lisa's Outback Restaurant for lunch. Many
times I have sent people to Nunda Lumber and I know they send shoppers
to my shop as well. This, my friends, is a win win for our community.
Springtime in Nunda was a huge success. It brought many people
into our village to visit our shops, see our vendors and Don
Hooker's Vintage Car Show. We have planned next years Springtime

in Nunda Artesian Show will be October 12, 2013 and will be
run by two of our interested citizens from our community. You may
go to our Nunda Chamber site to print off an application for this
show. This show, however, will focus only on hand crafted and artistic
items. We will not have vendors selling premade items for this show.
The village wide yard sale, the third Saturday in August,
will once again be organized by Merilee Walker. Anyone interested
in being a part of it please contact Merilee.

We will once again be sending a notice to all business owners to
be a part of this vital planning committee. We all need to shop
locally when thinking about a purchase of any item. A prosperous
community starts with each of us using the local businesses for
